Lamb is the first product we are supplying to both restaurants and direct for you to enjoy at home. You can learn more about how our lamb is reared here.
In order to provide a great product at superb value we supply either whole or half lambs cut to one of three options. The lamb is delivered bagged, labeled and ready for the freezer. Half a lamb requires one drawer in a small under counter freezer.
